Link Styles
CSS allows web designers to set formatting for anchor tag links in 4 different ways:
1. a:link sets any link that you guest hasn't visited yet, while the mouse isn't hovering over or clicking it.
2. a:visited sets the formatting for a link which has been previously clicked, according to the web browser's history.
3. a:hover changes the look of a link as the visitor passes the mouse over it.
4. a:active lets you determine how a link would look as your visitor is clicking it.
Here's how one of these rules might look in a CSS style sheet:
a:visited {color:green;}
